Privacy

We take the security of your personal data like name, address, telephone number or e‑mail address and the protection of your privacy seriously. For this reason, we practice our web activities in accordance with current law regarding data protection and data security. We do not collect personal data from our websites without your agreement. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that data transmission via the internet could cause security holes. A complete protection of the data against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible. Finally, you decide if you transmit your data to us or not. We will only use, save or handle it as far as it is allowed or demanded by the Federal Data Protection Act and / or additional legal regulations.

As part of our work as Executive Search and Management Consultancy, we process personal data such as CVs, interview reports and assessments, insofar as these are required within the framework of mandates. All personal data related to the performance of mandates will automatically be deleted after successful completion of the project and payment of the invoice, at the latest after twelve months, unless you wish to exercise your right to request immediate deletion of your personal data, provided that exercising or defending of legal rights does not stand in the way.

In addition, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data processed by us, to request the correction of incorrect data or to complete incomplete data. In some cases, you may require us to restrict the processing of your data. If you provide us with data based on a contract or consent, you may request that you receive the data you provide in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

We will treat absolutely confidentially personal data from the social networks, e.g. Xing, or you send us personal data in the course of your online application by e‑mail or for an existing vacancy or you send us in the course of an identification personal data to us. All these personal data are only for the implementation of the application process or for a search order and will be used confidentially.

Depending on the template, the following data will be collected:

surname, first name, address, telephone numbers, e‑mail addresses, languages, qualifications, date of birth, CV, cover letter, salary information, notice periods, mobility.

The legal bases for the data processing in our Management Consultancy arise essentially from article 6 ff. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The transfer of personal data to third parties, specifically to clients, always takes place only on your behalf and with your agreement. In addition, we pass on personal data if these are required by tax authorities, courts or other legal institutions within the scope of the client relationship.

Furthermore, for reasons arising out of your particular situation, you have the right at any time to lodge an objection against the processing of your personal data, which is based on article 6, paragraph 1 lit. e) GDPR or article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. From this follows the deletion of your data, unless reasons of worthy of protection argue against it.

You can contradict against the processing for purposes of the direct advertisement according to article 21 paragraph 2 GDPR at any time without reason. An informal message is sufficient stating which data processing you disagree. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to complain under article 77 paragraph 1 GDPR to a data protection supervisory authority, usually at your place of residence or at the registered office of our company.

Hubert A. Poschenrieder, the data protection officer of the Executive Search and Management Consultancy in Idstein, is the founder and CEO of the company with the address Am Hexenturm 7, 65510 Idstein, Germany.

The websites of the Executive Search and Management Consultancy, Hubert A. Poschenrieder, use cookies (text files) which are stored on a computer system via an internet browser. By using cookies, we can offer users of our websites user-friendly services that are not possible without the use of cookies. If the user does not wish this option, you can delete cookies and can prevent them at any time by adjusting the used browser and thus permanently contradict the setting of cookies.

Each time you visit our website, the types of used browsers, the date and time of access, IP addresses, and security information in the event of attacks on our information technology systems may be collected to assist law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyberattack. Further questions in this regard can be clarified by our hardware and software service provider WSV Computer, Bad Camberg, on request, which can also provide information on technical data protection issues of our consultancy. You can also contact us via our website.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This ensures that the IP address of Google user is truncated within the EU or in other states of the European Economic Area Agreement.

Our website uses Google Maps to represent our office address. By using this website, you provide your personal data and agree to the collection and use of personal data by Google or one of its agents.

Google Web Fonts uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. This allows your browser to connect to Google’s servers, which collect and track your IP address. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

For further hints on data protection and data security, we are always open to hear and are looking forward to suggestions and tips that are to be made exclusively to the Executive Search and Management Consultancy, Hubert A. Poschenrieder, Am Hexenturm 7, 65510 Idstein, Germany.

In addition, we would like to point out that the above data protection statements correspond to the current legal status in May 2018.
