As part of our work as Executive Search and Management Consultancy, we process personal data such as CVs, interview reports and assessments, insofar as these are required within the framework of mandates. All personal data related to the performance of mandates will automatically be deleted after successful completion of the project and payment of the invoice, at the latest after twelve months, unless you wish to exercise your right to request immediate deletion of your personal data, provided that exercising or defending of legal rights does not stand in the way.
In addition, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data processed by us, to request the correction of incorrect data or to complete incomplete data. In some cases, you may require us to restrict the processing of your data. If you provide us with data based on a contract or consent, you may request that you receive the data you provide in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
We will treat absolutely confidentially personal data from the social networks, e.g. Xing, or you send us personal data in the course of your online application by e‑mail or for an existing vacancy or you send us in the course of an identification personal data to us. All these personal data are only for the implementation of the application process or for a search order and will be used confidentially.
Depending on the template, the following data will be collected:
surname, first name, address, telephone numbers, e‑mail addresses, languages, qualifications, date of birth, CV, cover letter, salary information, notice periods, mobility.
The legal bases for the data processing in our Management Consultancy arise essentially from article 6 ff. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The transfer of personal data to third parties, specifically to clients, always takes place only on your behalf and with your agreement. In addition, we pass on personal data if these are required by tax authorities, courts or other legal institutions within the scope of the client relationship.
